This coffee is a single origin espresso from Fazenda Santuario Sul in Carmo de Minas, Brazil, grown at 1400 meters altitude. It features the Starmaya variety, an F1 hybrid from a cross between Marsellesa and a male-sterile Ethiopian or Sudanese landrace. The beans are processed naturally and offer flavor notes of berry compote, dark chocolate, and hibiscus with balanced acidity and a syrupy mouthfeel.
