A light-bodied Colombian coffee from Finca Campo Hermoso in Quindío, grown at 1650–1670 m. The lot is Caturra and was processed as a Honey, Mossto co-fermented lot (2024-25 crop). The cup is juicy and fruity with flavors of green apple, pear, strawberry, chocolate and raspberry candy, showing pronounced sweetness and bright acidity.

Founded in 2020 in Sumida-ku by Machi Kodama and Sho Takanaka, ou·bai·tou·ri takes its name from a four-character Japanese idiom (桜梅桃李) meaning cherry blossom, plum, peach, and apricot, an expression that each should be valued for its own character. Kodama won the 2023 1st Crack Coffee Challenge roasting competition. The roastery focuses on light roasts with fruit-forward profiles, sourcing seasonal lots and emphasizing the inherent flavors of each origin.
