This coffee is a Caturra variety grown at 2100 meters altitude on the Finca La Peña farm in Nariño, Colombia. The beans are handpicked and washed for processing. The coffee features a complex sweetness with notes of plum, berries, stone fruits, jasmine, and lemony acidity. It is suitable for filter brewing methods such as V60 and Aeropress.
