Slurpy is a co-fermented washed coffee produced by Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia at Monteblanco Farm in the Pitalito, Huila region of Colombia, at 1730 masl. Monteblanco is a 14-hectare family farm situated near the Cueva de los Guacharos National Natural Park and the Suaza River Valley. The coffee is a Caturra Bourbon variety with a medium roast, specifically prepared for filter brewing. Tasting notes include blueberry, lavender, grape juice, raspberry sorbet, and blue bubblegum.
