About This Coffee

This coffee comes from Harruu Bunnaqaa Coffee Farms, run by Gemechu, located in the Harruu subregion of Guji, Ethiopia. Grown at high altitude on nutrient-rich soils, it features the Heirloom variety and is processed using a washed method: cherries are floated, depulped, wet-fermented in tanks for 24–36 hours, then dried on raised beds for approximately 14 days. The coffee is grown entirely organically (uncertified). Flavor notes include dark berries, lemongrass, and grapefruit, with herbal, hop-like, floral, and spicy characteristics.
