This Guatemalan coffee from the El Mirador farm (produced by Miguel and Ever Mendoza) is a washed lot grown at 1520–1650 m. Varieties include Catuaí, Caturra, Pache, and Bourbon. Tasting notes list sarsaparilla, marmalade, and brown sugar, with a sparkling, syrupy quality and soft citrus in the finish.
