Half Moon is a half-caff blend pairing a Nightcap decaf with a fully caffeinated Brazilian coffee (Cerrado, Minas Gerais) and beans from Oaxaca, Mexico (Laguna del Carmen). The Veloso lot is naturally processed while the Mexican lot is washed. Medium roast, medium-bodied, with tasting notes of walnut, sticky toffee pudding, and vanilla bean.
