In Bloom is a 50/50 seasonal blend combining Ethiopian and Guatemalan coffees. The Ethiopian component is from Layo Taraga farm in Uraga, Gugi, featuring heirloom varieties processed naturally at 1830-1890 meters altitude. The Guatemalan component is from Pampolija farm in Atitlan, featuring Anacafe 14 and Caturra varieties processed washed at 1520 meters altitude. This blend is roasted medium to highlight fruit-forward characteristics and features tasting notes of blueberry jam, heavy cream, and chocolate fudge. The blend changes seasonally to showcase the best of what's available from smaller farms.
