A medium-roast seasonal blend of 100% Hawaiian coffees (Kona and Kaʻū: Typica, Red Bourbon, Yellow Bourbon, SL34, honey-processed lots) combined with a specialty Guatemala Bourbon. Processed variedly (washed, natural, honey), it yields a smooth, warm cup with dates, raisins, panela, candied citrus and pecan-pie richness.

In 2010, Kelleigh Stewart and Brandon von Damitz answered a Craigslist ad that would transform them from coffee novices into Hawaii's most awarded craft roasters, beginning with a three-acre farm in the remote Puna region.
