A single-origin Pacas from Finca Nacimiento in El Cielito, Santa Bárbara, Honduras (1500–1600 masl). Fully washed and light roasted, this Tim Wendelboe lot—grown by Jobneel Caceres Dios—shows bright, medium-intense acidity with stonefruit and ripe red-berry sweetness, herbal accents and a chocolaty finish. Suitable for filter and espresso.
