Ichuga AA is a washed Kenyan coffee from Ichuga station (Kiama Farmer Cooperative Society) in Nyeri, grown at 1,700 masl. It is a blend of classic Kenyan varieties Ruiru 11, SL-28 and SL-34, processed by pulping, fermentation and washed before drying on raised beds. Tasting notes highlight black currant, kiwi and canelé; the coffee is roasted for both filter and espresso preparations with a balanced sweetness and clear acidity.
