Mondo — Kenya is a single-origin coffee from Nyeri, Kenya (1,850 m) composed of Ruiru 11, SL28 and SL34 varieties. The lot is depulped, aerobically fermented, washed, density-sorted and sun-dried. Tasting notes include baked apple, dates and mandarin, with citrus acidity and a creamy body; it is roasted for filter brewing and scored 87 SCA points.
