Colombian coffee from Bruselas, Huila (Las Flores farm) grown by Jhoan Vergara at 2000 masl. Java variety processed with a thermal-shock protocol of controlled oxidation and staged anaerobic fermentations. Bright tasting notes of strawberry, blueberry, raspberry and citrus with lemon verbena, cocoa nib and craft chocolate, offering a wine-like body and vibrant acidity.
