A 100% Arabica single-origin coffee from the Moyobamba region of Peru, grown at altitudes between 1300–1750 meters. Produced through the APROECO cooperative and processed using the washed method. The blend of Caturra, Catimor, and Pache varieties delivers a medium roast profile with flavor notes of milk chocolate, gingerbread, and caramel. Suitable as espresso, filter coffee, and fully automatic machines, offering a mild, full-bodied espresso and a medium-strength filter with a syrupy mouthfeel and notes of chocolate and forest honey.
