Co-fermented at Finca La Riviera in La Estrella, Risaralda, Colombia, Caturra coffee (1,600 masl) undergoes advanced co-fermentation in a temperature-controlled bioreactor with fermented peaches and pineapples before drying. Floral and green apple acidity leads to lychee and tropical fruit sweetness with lingering peach-syrup notes; roast level is Light.
