About This Coffee

A dark roasted blend of 100% Arabica beans from two specialty coffee farms - one in Colombia and one in Brazil. The Colombian component comes from Finca Los Alpes by the Arboleda family in Farallones, Municipalidad de Ciudad Bolivar, Antioquia at 1,650-1,950 meters altitude. It features Caturra variety processed using the washed method, classified as Excelso EP. The Brazilian component is from various Fazendas in Cerrado and Mogiana regions at 850-1,250 meters altitude, featuring Mundo Novo and Catuai varieties processed using the natural method. The coffee offers a round and full-bodied taste with notes of nuts, honey, and vanilla, with low acidity and distinct roasted aromas.
