A washed single-origin coffee from La Esperanza farm in Buesaco, Nariño, Colombia (1900–2100 masl). Variety Chiroso, processed washed after a 36-hour protected fermentation, then sun-dried. Delicate cup with soft florals, sweet citrus and pronounced black currant, a savory-leaning body and an oolong-like finish. Light roast profile.
