This coffee is grown in Kenya's Meru region at 1500 meters altitude, featuring the isolated Ruiru 11 variety, AA grade. It undergoes a unique multi-stage wet hypoxia process and parchment drying over 22 days. The coffee exhibits sensory notes of blackberry, lemon aroma, honey, rhubarb, strawberry flavors, with a juicy, light body and balanced acidity and sweetness.
