This coffee is a single origin from Kenya, Meru region at 1500 meters altitude, grown at Coffea Circulor Kenya Estate. It is the Ruiru 11 variety, processed with a washed method involving 24-hour wet fermentation and dried 20 days in parchment. The roast level is light, aimed at preserving fruity and juicy acidity. Flavor notes include blackberry, honey, vanilla, black currant, lemon aroma, with apricot and sugar cane aftertaste.
