It features the Batian isolated varietal, an H-grade cultivar, processed naturally with the coffee dried in cherry (Natural NX). The coffee presents a flavor profile with notes of apple, blueberry, mango, apricot aroma, and tartaric acidity, offering a light roast with a juicy, smooth body optimized for filter brewing.
