About This Coffee

This coffee is from the Kirinyaga region of Kenya, grown at 1900 meters altitude. The lot features SL28 and SL34 varieties processed at the Karimukui Factory, which is part of the historic Rungeto Cooperative. It uses the K72 washed method, where cherries are hand-sorted, fermented, fully washed, and dried for 14 days on raised beds. The cup offers remarkable clarity and structure with flavor notes of rose, yuzu, ume, and honey.
