La Familia is a Costa Rica (Chirripó) coffee grown at 1500–2100 m. Varieties Catuaí and Villa Sarchi undergo White Honey processing. Tasting profile features nougat-like sweetness, tropical fruit acidity and a pleasant, medium body. Roasted to a medium level suited for filter and immersion methods (AeroPress, French Press).

Supremo Coffee Roasters is a proper family affair, launched by the Braune clan back in 2005 in Unterhaching after they fell in love with the California coffee scene and decided to bring that high-quality vibe home to Germany. Supremo are deeply embedded in the supply chain, maintaining decades-long friendships with farmers and even running their own farm, Finca Danilsa in Costa Rica, to truly understand the agricultural side or coffee production. The roasting philosophy is inclusive. They roast everything from funky, complex profiles to comforting classics, aiming for the absolute best quality regardless of your preference. Their obsession with precision is so next-level that they actually co-founded Comandante Grinders because they couldn't find equipment good enough to match their standards.
