It is processed using an Anaerobic Slow Dry (ASD) natural method, which involves 168 hours of anaerobic fermentation followed by sun-drying. The flavor profile features soft florals, peach nectar, cran-grape acidity, and a smooth craft chocolate texture, roasted towards the light level.
