This coffee is a naturally processed (natural/dry process) red Bourbon variety from the Los Azacuanes farm in Ataco, El Salvador, grown at about 1350m altitude. It offers flavor notes of raspberry, milk chocolate, and macadamia with a silky mouthfeel and nutty aftertaste. The beans are whole and suitable for filter brewing methods.
