This coffee comes from the Los Azacuanes farm in Ataco, El Salvador, grown at 1350 meters altitude. It is a Geisha variety processed with a double fermentation natural method including both aerobic and anaerobic phases, followed by 40 days of drying. The cup features raspberry, milk chocolate, and macadamia notes with a balanced fruit acidity and creamy nutty sweetness, suited for filter brewing.
