Los Charapanos is a single-origin coffee from the highlands around Zumba in Ecuador's Zamora-Chinchipe province. The coffee is a blend of Caturra, Typica, and Bourbon varieties grown by small farms under cooperative ACRIM. It has a light roast profile with flavor notes of brown sugar, orange, and graham cracker, reflecting a clean and sweet cup.
