Malabar Monsooned, Indien
Murnauer KaffeeröstereiAbout This Coffee
A 100% Arabica coffee from the Malabar region of India, grown at altitudes between 600 and 2,000 meters. The varieties include Catimor, Kent, and Selection 9. During processing, the coffee is exposed to monsoon rain, giving it a characteristic yellow color. The monsooning process produces a full-bodied, robust, and spicy profile with notes of dark chocolate, nuts, and spices.
