About This Coffee

This Maragogype nanolot from Jinotega and Matagalpa, Nicaragua (1,200–1,500 m) is a Maragogype (Coffea arabica) naturally processed lot. It yields very large beans with a fruit-forward, floral cup — bubble gum, white grape, passion fruit and jasmine — roasted light to preserve delicate aromatics and bright acidity.
