This coffee is a Gesha variety from Oaxaca, Mexico, grown in the Sierra Norte region at 1500 meters altitude. It is dry washed, with a 24-hour dry fermentation followed by channel washing and dried on raised beds for 10-15 days. The roast level is Expressive Light, called Nordic-style, featuring a bright acidity and tea-like texture with flavors of honeycrisp apple, black tea, lavender, and toasted walnut.
