This coffee is from Nicaragua, specifically the Macuelizo region at altitudes of 1,300-1,500 meters. It is a washed (WX) processed coffee featuring Red Catuai and Caturra varieties. The roast is moderate/light suitable for espresso, with flavor notes of caramel, cocoa, and red apple, complemented by aroma hints of chocolate and cloves. The body is round and silky with uniform balance and mid acidity marked by red apple and malic fruit.
