Nogales – Pimienta is a single‑farm coffee from Los Nogales in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia (1750–1950 masl). The Pimienta variety was processed using a thermal‑shock natural protocol with anaerobic fermentation. Tasting notes highlight dried mango, eucalyptus, rose and citrus zest with a clean, bright character and light-bodied roast profile.
