A Marsellesa variety coffee from Finca Manto Niebla, located at Cerro Espino, Pluma Hidalgo, Oaxaca, Mexico, grown by producers Sofía and Pancho Villarreal at 1,000–1,300 meters above sea level. Processed using a washed (Lavado) method developed under the protocol designed by Lucía Solís, a viticulture and enology graduate of UC Davis with winemaking experience in Napa Valley. Lucía applies microbiology techniques to create reproducible flavor profiles. Roasted by Tostadora de Cafés Extraordinarios.
