A single origin specialty coffee from El Salvador, grown at 1,250–1,400 meters altitude. The Pacamara variety is semi-washed (honey) processed, from the 2025 harvest. Flavor notes include persimmon, orange blossom honey, and dulce de leche, with hints of chocolate, sponge cake, and nuts. Features a creamy body and juicy acidity. Offered as a filter coffee.
