It is a Geisha varietal processed through anaerobic dry fermentation (CCX), producing a juicy, light-bodied coffee with green grape, peach, and pear flavors, complemented by lychee and rose aftertaste, and a medium acidity. It is a light roast emphasizing delicate floral and fruity notes.
