This is a Panamanian Geisha coffee from the Altieri farm in Callejón Seco, Boquete at 1785 meters altitude. It is natural processed with anaerobic cold fermentation, dried to 11.5% moisture. The coffee exhibits flavors of cotton candy, melon, and raspberry, with aroma notes of coffee cherry and pear. It has a light body, medium-high malic acidity, and a balanced, juicy profile, roasted light with careful heat application.
