This coffee is a Geisha varietal from the Altieri farms in the Callejón Seco region of Boquete, Panama at altitudes of 1785–2200 meters. It is processed with a natural cold fermentation method involving submersion in cold water and dried in controlled refrigerated conditions. The light roast highlights flavor notes of orange, peach, sugar cane, jasmine aroma, and a juicy, light body with balanced acidity and a synergetic balance.
