This Panama Finca Deborah Gesha Terroir comes from Finca Deborah in Panama’s Volcán region, produced by Jamison Savage at approximately 1,950 meters elevation. The coffee is Green Tip Gesha variety, washed processed, with cherries dried on layered beds before depulping and vacuum-packing of the green beans. Tasting notes list orange, raspberry, candy, and pear. Roasted for filter (Filter Roast / light profile).
