About This Coffee

This Geisha coffee is from Panama, specifically from the Boquete and El Salto regions. Grown at 1650-1700 meters altitude at Finca Lorayne, it comes from Adela Coffee, a four-generation family project in the Boquete highlands. The coffee is processed using DRD DF (Dark Room Dry Fermentation), where fully ripe cherries undergo slow dry fermentation while gradually reducing water activity through natural enzymatic development. Drying continues in a dark, temperature-controlled environment for 25-30 days with low airflow. This produces a concentrated yet clean expression with flavor notes of gardenia, mango, white peach, orange, and passion fruit.
