Paraiso II - Brasilien Espresso

Paraiso II is a single origin espresso coffee from Minas Gerais, Brazil, grown at around 1100 meters altitude. It is made from Red Catuaì variety beans processed with the Natural method, dried on cement patios for 20 days. The coffee features flavor notes of blueberry, apricot, caramell, honeydew melon, milk chocolate, and almonds, with a rich and full-bodied profile.
