About This Coffee

This coffee comes from the Alto Mayo region of Northern Peru at 1911 meters elevation. It is a blend of Typica and Caturra varieties processed using the washed method and dried on raised beds. The roast level is expressive light, producing a coffee with tasting notes of Manuka honey, yellow pear, honeydew melon, and cane sugar with a bright acidity and silky, tea-like body.
