Puebla Finca Entre Nubes MIXTLA Ricardo Cayetano Olivares

A single-origin coffee from Finca Entre Nubes, located in Hutzmaloc, Ajalpan in the Sierra Negra region of Puebla, Mexico, at 1450 meters above sea level. Cultivated by Náhuatl farmers within the cloud forest, this coffee is produced by the MIXTLA collective led by José Luis Fabián Cayetano. It features Typica and Bourbon varieties, processed using the washed (lavado) method. Organic Bokashi fertilization is used as part of sustainable farming practices. Harvested manually to ensure optimal cherry maturity.
