This Honduras coffee from El Cedral, Santa Bárbara (La Bendición farm) is a Pacas and Bourbon lot grown at 1580 masl. Washed processed with depulping, 17–22 hour dry fermentation, triple-rinsing, and solar drying; tasting notes include Granny Smith apple, caramel, bright acidity, and pronounced sweetness with a balanced body.
