This single-origin Ethiopian coffee from West Arsi, Oromia (Riripa community) produced by Negussee Debela / SNAP Specialty Coffee is washed at Haji Betro Wet Mill. Landrace selections grown at 1900–2100 masl; tasting notes include lemon zest, dark honey, apricot and delicate floral tropics, with bright acidity and pronounced sweetness.
