A co-fermented Colombian coffee from Finca Monteblanco (La Tacora, San Adolfo, Huila) produced by Rodrigo Sanchez. This lot is a 50/50 blend of two co-ferments (Process 20 and Process 22) using Caturra and Bourbon cherries, cultured with fruit-based microbes. Roasted light, it delivers confectionary sweetness and jammy fruit—powdered sugar, pink bubblegum, strawberry jam, raspberry, and cherry—with a bright, sweet, complex cup. Elevation: 1730 MASL.
