A co-fermented Colombian coffee from El Eden (Palestina, Caldas) produced by Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia. Purple Caturra cherries were co-fermented in a sealed tank with a berry-fed culture and dried at 1500–1700 masl. The cup presents wine- and grape-like notes with peach, pineapple, stone fruit, and bright, vibrant acidity.
