
About This Coffee
This coffee originates from the Northern Province of Rwanda, produced by the Dukunde Kawa Cooperative using coffee cherries from 105 small-scale farmers. It is a Red Bourbon variety processed using a Natural Anaerobic method. The cooperative has had a relationship with the roaster since 2008.
