A single‑origin SL28 from El Pozo, Santa Bárbara, Honduras (1550 masl), processed naturally and dried on raised beds. Bright, wine‑like acidity with red berry, currant, blackberry, red plum and blueberry notes, plus baking spice and brown sugar sweetness and a touch of funk. Light roast with vibrant acidity and medium body.
