Single-origin SL-28 coffee from El Carreto, Santa Barbara, Honduras (1550 masl), processed naturally on raised beds and hand-sorted. Intensely fruity with orange-zest acidity and tasting notes of blueberry, tart cherry, and chocolate-covered strawberry; sweet, wine-like body with pronounced fruit character, presented as a light roast.
