About This Coffee

Shakiso is a Natural espresso from Guji (Oromia), Ethiopia, grown at 1800–2100 m. Made from Ethiopian Heirloom varieties and natural processed, it delivers sweet, lightly fruity and funky characteristics with tasting notes of cocoa nibs, blueberry and black currant, and syrupy body suited for espresso.

Supremo Coffee Roasters is a proper family affair, launched by the Braune clan back in 2005 in Unterhaching after they fell in love with the California coffee scene and decided to bring that high-quality vibe home to Germany. Supremo are deeply embedded in the supply chain, maintaining decades-long friendships with farmers and even running their own farm, Finca Danilsa in Costa Rica, to truly understand the agricultural side or coffee production. Their obsession with precision is so next-level that they actually co-founded Comandante Grinders because they couldn't find equipment good enough to match their standards.
