This coffee is a single origin from Ethiopia, specifically the Shantawene region in Sidama at 2100m altitude. It is an anaerobic natural processed Heirloom variety, harvested in 2022 and dried for about 10 days. It features flavor notes of mango, blueberry, and strawberry with a complex tropical finish, and is roasted for filter preparation. The coffee is from the Gatta Farm, which is certified organic, UTZ, and Rainforest Alliance.
